By the end of this program, students will be able to:
- utilize the wide variety of resources available for a literature review within the Columbia system
- organize, prioritize, and plan ahead for their upcoming thesis/capstone/dissertation efficiently
- recognize the benefits of using citation management software
- use Informationist services appropriately
- employ campus IRB procedures in their thesis/capstone/dissertation where appropriate
- identify the services available through the Writing Center
